Who pays for the return shipping?

Who pays for return shipping?

You are typically responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if a product arrives defective or damaged, we take care of the return costs. Here’s a quick breakdown of how it works.

How it works

As a rule, the customer handles the cost of sending an item back. This applies if you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, as long as you are a consumer making the return.

Heads up: Any costs that we have to cover for the return shipment will be deducted from your total refund amount.

What if the product is damaged?

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Quick tip: Be ready to send photos of the damage. This helps us process your replacement or refund much faster.
