You'll get your refund within 14 days after the supplier receives your returned item. The money goes back to the original payment method you used, but remember that you'll need to cover the cost of return shipping.
How the refund process works
Here’s a step-by-step look at what happens after you send a return back.
- Return to Supplier: You send the goods back to the return address provided by the supplier, not to Droppe directly.
- Inspection: Once the item arrives, it is checked to make sure it's in its original condition and hasn't been used in a way that diminishes its value.
- Refund Issued: We process your refund within 14 days of being notified about your withdrawal. However, we may wait until the goods have been received back and inspected. The money is always sent to your original payment method.

Are there items I can't return?
Yes, a few items can't be returned. According to our terms, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- Sealed goods that aren't suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
