When will I get my refund?



Once we receive and check your returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 days. The money will go back to your original payment method, but please be aware that you'll need to cover the return shipping costs.

Here’s a step-by-step look at how it works after you've sent a return back to us.

Inspection first: Before we can refund, the returned product needs to be received and inspected to make sure it's unused and in its original condition.
Processing time: Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we've received and inspected the return.
Payment: The money is always sent back to the original payment method you used for the purchase.

Heads up: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or damaged when you received it. Any other costs we incur from the return will be deducted from your refund amount.

What if my item was damaged or defective?



If you receive a product that's broken or faulty, get in touch with us at orders@droppe.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be ready to share photos of the damage. We can then look into a replacement, repair, or refund for you.

Are there items I can't return?



Yes, a few items are exempt from our standard return policy for safety and hygiene reasons. These include:

Custom or personalized items
Opened or used safety and protective gear
Perishable goods
Sealed products that have been unsealed, like certain hygiene items
