What if the size isn't right for an item I received?

If your new gear doesn't fit, you can usually return it. For most users, you have 14 days after delivery to send back items, as long as they are in brand-new condition. Here’s how it works.

Heads up: This return right is for consumers. According to our terms, business-to-business purchases are generally not covered by the same 14-day withdrawal policy.

For a return to be accepted, the item needs to be exactly as you received it.

It must be unused: Trying it on for size is okay, but you can't wear it for a shift.
Keep original packaging: The box, bags, and any other packaging must be intact.
Tags must be attached: Don't remove any labels or tags from the product.

How to make a return

Returning an item that doesn't fit involves a few simple steps.

Contact us first: Send an email to orders@droppe.com to let us know you need to make a return. We'll give you all the instructions.
Pack it up: Place the item back in its original packaging, making sure all tags are still attached.
Ship it back: You'll need to send the product back within 14 days of your return being approved.

Good to know: The return address might be in another EU country, depending on where the supplier is located. We'll provide the exact address when you contact us.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

Yes, if you're returning an item because the size isn't right, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Are there any items I can't return?

Some items are exempt from returns for safety and hygiene reasons. This includes:
Custom or personalized items
Opened safety gear like respirators
Sealed products that have been unsealed
