What if the size isn't right for an item I received?
If your new gear doesn't fit, you can usually return it. As a consumer, you have 14 days after the item is delivered to send it back for a refund, as long as it's in brand-new condition.
Key rules for a return
For us to process a refund, the item needs to be in a condition where it could be sold to someone else as new.
- It must be unused: You can try it on for size, but you can't wear it for work or any other activity.
- Keep original packaging: The box, bags, and any other original packaging must be included and in good shape.
- Tags must be attached: Don't remove any labels or tags from the product.
How to make a return
Returning an item that doesn't fit is straightforward.
- Let us know: To start a return, send us a clear message. You can email us at orders@droppe.com or talk to us on chat.
- Get the address: We will give you the specific return address provided by the supplier. You must send the item back to that address.
- Ship it back: You need to send the goods back within 14 days from the day you tell us you're making a return.
Common follow-up questions
Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Yes. If you are returning an item because the size isn't right or you've changed your mind, you will have to cover the direct cost of the return shipping.
Are there any items I can't return?
Yes, some items cannot be returned. These exceptions include:
- Items made to your specific requirements, like customized or personalized gear.
- Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and aren't suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g., respirators).
Can I just exchange it for a different size?
The fastest way to get the correct size is to return the original item for a refund and place a completely new order for the size you need.
