How do I manage my company's shipping addresses?
How do I manage my company's shipping addresses?
You can easily add, update, and remove shipping addresses from your Droppe account settings. Keeping your address list clean and current is the best way to make sure your workwear and supplies get delivered to the right place without any delays.
Finding and updating your addresses
Your delivery addresses are saved in your account profile. It’s a good idea to check them before placing a new order, especially if you work across multiple sites.
Log in to your account: Head over to the Droppe platform and sign in.
Go to your account settings: You'll usually find this in the main menu or by clicking on your profile icon.
Find the "Addresses" section: Here you'll see a list of all your saved shipping locations.
Add, edit, or delete: You can add a new job site, update an existing address, or remove old ones you no longer use.
Quick tip: Give your addresses clear labels like "Main Warehouse" or "Riverside Project Site" to make choosing the right one at checkout faster.
Heads up: According to our terms, you are responsible for providing the correct delivery details. An incorrect address can cause delivery failures or delays, as suppliers rely on this information to fulfill your order.
Common follow-up questions
Can I have more than one shipping address?
Yes, absolutely. You can save multiple addresses to your account. This is perfect for when you need to send gear to different offices, construction sites, or warehouse locations. Just select the correct one from your address book during checkout.
Who can see my shipping address?
Once you place an order, your chosen shipping address and contact details are shared with the supplier (Brand) who is fulfilling that specific order. This is necessary for them to handle the delivery.
What if I need to change the address after ordering?
Once an order is placed, changing the delivery address is tricky and often not possible. If you spot a mistake right away, contact us on the chat immediately. We can see if the supplier has started processing it yet, but we can't guarantee a change is possible.
