How do I invite users to my account?

Currently, there isn't a self-service "invite" button, but getting your teammates on board is straightforward. The easiest way is to have them register directly or for you to get in touch with our team to link them to your company's account.

Here’s how it works.

How new users can join your team

The best way to add a colleague is to have them create their own account.

Ask your teammate to register: They can create an account on the Droppe website.
Use company details: Make sure they use their work email and company information during sign-up.
Place an order: An account can also be created automatically when a new user places their first order for the company.

Quick tip: To make sure everyone is linked to the same company account for billing and order history, drop us a line in the chat.

Linking accounts together

If you want to ensure a new user is correctly tied to your company's main account, our team can help you out.

This is the best option if you want to make sure new members can see the company's order history and use any saved payment or delivery details. Just chat with us and have the new user's full name and work email ready.

Heads up: For security, each person needs to have their own login. We can't share login details between users.

Common follow-up questions

Can multiple people use the same login?

No, for security and privacy reasons, every person who places orders should have their own individual account. This helps keep track of who ordered what.

Will new users see our company's past orders?

Once our team links their account to your company, they should be able to see the shared order history. If you run into any issues, just let us know.

Are there different user roles or permissions?

At the moment, user accounts have standard access. If you have specific needs for your team regarding permissions or roles, please chat with us to discuss what options might be available.
