When is my order confirmed?

When is my order confirmed?

Your order is not confirmed the moment you place it. Think of it as an order request that the supplier needs to accept first. It's only fully confirmed once the brand agrees to your order's terms on the platform.

Heads up: Submitting your order doesn't mean it's final. It's a request that needs supplier approval.

From order request to confirmation

When you check out, you're sending an order request to the supplier. They then review it to make sure they can fulfill it.

An order is only considered ++fully confirmed++ when both you and the supplier have agreed on the terms through the Droppe platform.

Quick tip: Keep an eye on your email or account for a confirmation notice from the supplier.

How long does confirmation take?

Suppliers have up to seven days to confirm whether they can fulfill your order request.

If a supplier can't deliver your full order, they might suggest an alternative product or a partial shipment. You can then choose to either **accept** the new proposal or **cancel** your order.

Common follow-up questions

When does my card get charged?

If you pay by card, we usually reserve the order amount on your card first. Once the supplier confirms your order, that reservation turns into a final charge.

What happens if a supplier doesn't respond?

If a supplier doesn't confirm your order within seven days, the request may be canceled. You can then place a new order with a different supplier if you wish.
