If you spot product information that looks incorrect, it's best to ask us before ordering. The details like images, descriptions, and specs come directly from the suppliers, and sometimes mistakes can happen.
Where the product info comes from
Droppe is a marketplace that connects you with different workwear and equipment suppliers.
The suppliers (or "Brands") are responsible for providing all the product details. Our job is to pass that information along to you on the platform. We are an online service that makes ordering easier, but we don't handle the products ourselves.
What you can do
If you think something is off with a product description, price, or image, here's what to do:
- Pause your order: Don't complete the purchase if a critical detail seems wrong.
- Request confirmation: Contact our support team through chat or email. Let us know which product you're looking at.
- We'll investigate: We will contact the supplier directly to verify the information and get back to you with the correct details.
What happens if information is clearly wrong?
If there's an obvious error (like a wrong price), Droppe has the right to update the information or even cancel an order containing that item. We'll always communicate with you if this happens.

The supplier (Brand) is fully responsible for making sure their products are safe, compliant with EU rules, and of good quality.
