What if only part of my order arrived?

What if only part of my order arrived?

Don't worry, this can happen for a couple of common reasons. Usually, it means the rest of your items are on their way in a separate package. Here’s what might be going on and what you can do.

Why you might get a partial delivery

There are a few reasons why your whole order might not arrive in one box:

Multiple Suppliers: Your order might include products from different Brands. Since each Brand ships from its own warehouse, you'll get a separate delivery for each one.
Partial Fulfillment: Sometimes a supplier can't send your entire order at once. They might propose a partial delivery for the items they have in stock now, with the rest to follow. You would have agreed to this change before the order was confirmed.

Quick tip: Check the delivery slip that came with your package. It should list exactly which items are in that specific box.

What to do next

Check your Order Confirmation: Look at your order confirmation on the Droppe platform. It will show if any changes were made, like a partial shipment being approved.
Look for Tracking Info: We share delivery status updates from the Brand whenever they are available. Check for any tracking numbers to see if you have multiple packages on the way.
Contact Us: If you've checked your order and the delivery slip and items still seem to be missing, get in touch with our team.

Heads up: If you suspect an item is missing or damaged, it's a good idea to let us know as soon as possible. For damaged goods, we require you to contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Common follow-up questions

How can I track my order?

The supplier is responsible for shipping and provides the delivery details. As soon as the Brand shares tracking information with us, we make it available to you on the platform.

What if a product arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at orders@droppe.com within 48 hours of the delivery. It's helpful to include photos of the damaged item and the packaging so we can resolve it with the supplier for you.
