How long does delivery take?



The delivery time for your order depends on the supplier, who we call the Brand. Since they ship directly to you, they determine the shipping timeline. We provide the most up-to-date estimates based on their information.

How it works



Delivery is a two-step process: first the supplier confirms your order, and then they ship it.

Order Confirmation: After you place an order, the Brand has up to seven days to confirm they can fulfill it.
Shipping: Once confirmed, the Brand ships the products. The delivery time from that point is set by them.

Quick tip: You can always check your order status for the latest updates. We pass along any tracking information as soon as the Brand provides it.

Heads up: Droppe is a platform that connects you with suppliers. While we help track things down, we are not directly responsible for delivery delays or failures since the Brand manages the shipping.

Where can I see the delivery status?



We will provide you with up-to-date delivery status information when it's available and shared by the Brand. We'll help out on a case-by-case basis if you run into any issues.

What happens if there's a problem with my delivery?



If your order is damaged during transport or has other delivery issues, let us know. While Droppe isn't responsible for the physical delivery [cite: 60], we will help you resolve any issues with the supplier, just like we do with returns.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?



Remember, Brands first need to confirm they can fulfill your order, which can take up to seven days. If it's been longer than that and you haven't heard anything, reach out to us.
