How does the referral program work?

Earn €50 in Droppe credits when your colleagues join Droppe. Each colleague gets €50 too. The program runs from August 15 to October 31, 2025.

Getting started with referrals

Droppe is offering existing customers the opportunity to earn a referral reward in the form of credits credited to your Droppe account. Anyone with an active Droppe account can refer colleagues by sharing their unique referral link found in the dashboard. We'll send you an email with everything you need to know (unless you've opted out of Droppe marketing emails).

You can refer a maximum of 5 colleagues during the promotion. The reward is €50 in Droppe credits when any of your successful referrals completes the requirements. Each colleague who qualifies also receives €50 in credits to use on workwear for your team and company.

What your colleague needs to do

For you to be eligible for your reward, your invitee must complete these steps within 30 days of creating their account:

Successfully open a Droppe account for the first time using your unique referral link. Someone who has previously had a Droppe account will not earn you a reward. They must verify their business identity with a valid VAT ID or business registration number. If they're being added to an existing company account, they must be properly invited and added by their account administrator.

After verification, they need to add and verify a payment method (credit card, company billing, or other accepted methods). Then they must complete two separate orders with a minimum value of €50 each, excluding VAT and shipping. These must be genuine purchases for business use.

How rewards work

The promotion is a two-sided campaign where both you and your invitees receive rewards. You get €50 in credits when any of your referred colleagues completes all requirements. Each invitee receives €50 in credits after completing their requirements. This benefits your whole team and company by providing credits for workwear purchases.

Credits are applied to your account within 24-48 hours after your invitee completes all qualification requirements. You'll receive an email notification when credits are added. Credits earned through this promotion are subject to Droppe's standard terms regarding expiration. They can be used on any order with a minimum value of €50 and can be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Important restrictions

You can invite colleagues residing in Finland, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, or Italy. Cross-border referrals within these countries are permitted. When sending referral messages, you acknowledge that you're the sole sender, will only send to individuals you know and have permission to contact, and won't send unsolicited referrals.

Employees of Droppe Oy and its subsidiaries (Droppe GmbH and Droppe Ab), as well as Droppe partners and suppliers, are not eligible to participate. You may not refer yourself, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, or refer accounts you control or have financial interest in. Different departments or locations of the same company may be referred as separate entities provided they operate independently and require separate accounts.

We reserve the right to reverse any reward credited to your account if you breach these Promotion Terms or Droppe's Terms of Service. If we have reasonable grounds to believe you've engaged in fraud or material abuse, we may remove you from the campaign and suspend your account. This includes creating fake accounts or businesses, using automated systems, or orchestrating campaigns that don't result in genuine new customers.

Tax and legal considerations

By participating, you confirm you understand any reward may be subject to local income tax in your country of residence or where you're tax resident. It's entirely your responsibility to pay any tax arising from receiving rewards. Droppe bears no liability for tax obligations arising from this promotion.

Any personal data processed during the promotion will be handled in accordance with Droppe's Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations. When sharing referral invitations, you confirm you have permission to contact the individuals you're inviting.

These Promotion Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland. Droppe handles all communication between buyers and suppliers to provide world-class customer experience.

Program changes

We may change, suspend or end the promotion earlier if it's being abused, may negatively affect Droppe's reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Changes take effect immediately when operational needs require it. We may suspend or end the promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

If we need to change, suspend or end the promotion early, we'll try to notify you by email. Droppe won't be liable for any loss where we're unable to continue the promotion as planned. Pending referrals at termination won't qualify for rewards. Contact ask@droppe.com if you believe you qualify for a benefit not awarded due to early termination.

Common follow-up questions

How many times do I get the €50 reward?

You receive €50 in credits once, when any of your referred colleagues completes their qualifying requirements. You can invite up to 5 colleagues, but the reward is €50 total, not per colleague.

What if multiple colleagues qualify?

You still receive €50 once when the first colleague qualifies. However, each colleague who qualifies gets their own €50 in credits, benefiting your whole team.

Can colleagues from other countries participate?

Yes, as long as they're in Finland, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, or Italy. Standard platform terms apply for international orders and taxes.
