How do I track my order?



You can track your order on our platform, but only when the supplier provides tracking information. When they share the details, you'll find the tracking link directly in your order history. Here’s how it works.

Where to find tracking information



Once a supplier ships your order and gives us a tracking number, it will appear in your order details on the Droppe platform. We pass along any delivery status updates as soon as we get them from the supplier.

Quick tip: Check your order confirmation email first. It often includes an estimated delivery window from the supplier.

What if there's no tracking number?



Don't worry if you don't see a tracking number. Some suppliers don't offer tracking for all shipments.

Shipping details and delivery timelines are determined entirely by the supplier. We can only show you the tracking information that they decide to share with us.

Good to know: Droppe is a platform that connects you with suppliers. We don't handle the physical shipping, so the supplier is responsible for the actual delivery and any delays.

Common follow-up questions



What if my order is late?



If your order hasn't shown up by the estimated delivery date, please contact us. While suppliers are responsible for delivery, we are here to support you and will help you get in touch with the supplier to find out what’s going on.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?



It’s very important to make sure your delivery address is correct before you place your order. Once an order request is sent to the supplier, changing the address is usually not possible. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, chat with us and we will see if anything can be done.
