How do I place an order?

Placing an order on Droppe is more like sending a request to a supplier. Your order is only locked in once the supplier confirms they can ship your items. Here’s a quick look at how it works.

Placing your order request

Once you have all the workwear and supplies you need in your cart, you’re ready to check out.

Review your cart: Double-check the items and quantities to make sure everything is correct.
Fill in your details: Add your delivery address and contact information.
Submit your order: This sends an order request to the supplier for them to review.

Quick tip: Make sure your delivery and contact details are accurate so the supplier can fulfill your order without any delays.

What happens after you order?

Your order isn't confirmed the moment you submit it. It goes directly to the supplier as a request. The supplier then checks their stock and confirms they can fulfill it.

If they can’t send the full order, they might suggest alternative products or a partial delivery. You can then choose to accept the new proposal or cancel your order.

Good to know: Suppliers have seven days to confirm whether they can fulfill your order request.

Common follow-up questions

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope. If you're placing your first order, an account is automatically created for you. This makes it much faster to place future orders.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept common payment methods like credit and debit cards. For some businesses, paying by invoice may also be an option, subject to eligibility.

Can I change an order after I've placed it?

You can agree on changes with the Brand, like adjusting pricing or quantities. If you do, we'll adjust the payment amount accordingly after getting your confirmation.
