Do you provide size charts for gloves, jackets, or shoes?

Yes, for many products you'll find size charts on the product page. Since we work with many different brands, the charts and sizes come directly from them. Here’s how to make sure you get the right fit.

Where to find size charts

When you're looking at a product like boots, a jacket, or gloves, check the product description area. The brand provides this information, so if a size chart is available, that's where it will be.

Quick tip: Sizes can vary a lot between brands. A "Large" from one brand might fit differently than a "Large" from another, so always check the chart for the specific item you're ordering.

What if a size chart is missing?

Sometimes a brand might not provide a size chart for a specific product. If you can't find the sizing info you need, don't guess.

Just chat with our support team. We can reach out to the supplier to get the right measurements for you.

Heads up: Getting the size right the first time is extra important for custom items. Things with a company logo printed on them often can't be returned if they don't fit.

Common follow-up questions

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?

For business customers, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Our general policy doesn't include a right of withdrawal for business-to-business orders.

If you're ordering as a private consumer, you have a 14-day right to return items, but they must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Are all the brands on Droppe using EU sizes?
