Great question. Right now, all orders need to be placed directly on the Droppe platform. We don't accept Purchase Orders sent by email to create an order, but you can still use your internal PO number for your own records.

How ordering on Droppe works
Placing an order on our platform is designed to be straightforward and to make sure everything is clear for both you and the supplier.
Build your cart: Add all the workwear and supplies you need.
Check out on the platform: Go to your cart and submit the order request through our system. This sends it directly to the supplier.
Supplier confirmation: The supplier reviews your request and confirms if they can fulfill it. Your order is only locked in after the supplier agrees to the terms on the platform.
Quick tip: If you use internal PO numbers, you can usually add it to a "reference" or "notes" field at checkout. This helps you match our invoice to your internal paperwork.
Why everything happens on the platform
Keeping all orders on the platform helps avoid confusion. It ensures that you and the supplier are looking at the same details.
If a supplier can't send your full request, they can suggest an alternative or a partial shipment directly through the platform. You can then choose to accept the change or cancel the order.
Heads up: An order is not considered final until it's confirmed by the supplier through the Droppe platform. Sending a PO by email won't create an order.

Nope. If you're placing your first order on the platform, an account is created for you automatically to make future orders easier.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, paying by invoice is an option for many businesses. Depending on your company's location and order history, we might need to do a quick credit check to enable invoice payments.
