Right now, it's not possible to use your own courier or organize your own shipping for Droppe orders. The supplier who sends your products is responsible for the entire delivery process, from their warehouse to your door.
This keeps things simple and makes sure the supplier is accountable for getting the products to you safely.
How shipping is handled
When you place an order, it's sent to the supplier who then prepares it for delivery.
Suppliers choose the courier: The suppliers we work with have their own shipping partners and processes.
They manage the whole process: Shipping details, including timelines and tracking, are determined solely by the brand fulfilling the order.
Delivery to your address: The supplier arranges for the goods to be delivered directly to the address you provided.
Quick tip: Always double-check your delivery address when ordering. An accurate address is the best way to prevent delays.
Why can't I arrange pickup myself?
We know that sometimes you might have your own shipping deals or prefer a specific courier. However, letting the supplier manage delivery is important for a few reasons:
Clear Responsibility: The supplier is responsible for the products until they are delivered to you. If anything gets lost or damaged in transit, it's on them to sort it out.
Streamlined Process: Having one clear process managed by the supplier avoids confusion about who is responsible for what stage of the delivery.
Tracking and Updates: The platform can only provide delivery updates when the supplier's system is the one being used.
Good to know: Droppe acts as the platform to connect you with the supplier, but we don't physically handle the products or the delivery. We're here to help if issues come up with the supplier's delivery.

Once the supplier ships your order, they will provide delivery and tracking information. We'll make this visible to you on the platform as soon as it's available.
What happens if my order is late or damaged?
If you run into any issues with your delivery, like a delay or damaged items, please contact us right away. While the supplier is responsible, we will step in and help you resolve the problem with them.
