Can I change or cancel my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can, but timing is everything. The best time to change or cancel is right after you place your order, before the supplier has confirmed it. Once it's confirmed, it gets a bit trickier.

Here’s a simple breakdown of how it works.

Before the supplier confirms your order

When you first place an order, it's technically an order request. It hasn't been locked in yet. The supplier needs to review it and confirm they can fulfill it. This is your best window to make changes.

To change or cancel: Contact our support team immediately. The faster you reach out, the better our chances of catching the order before the supplier processes it.

Quick tip: Have your order number ready when you contact us to speed things up.

Suppliers have up to seven days to confirm if they can fulfill your order request.

After the supplier confirms your order

Once a supplier confirms your order, it becomes a confirmed agreement. At this point, making changes or canceling depends on an agreement between you and the supplier.

Heads up: Once an order has shipped, it’s too late to make changes or cancel it. You would need to start a return instead.

What if the supplier can't ship my full order?

Sometimes a supplier can't send everything you requested. If this happens, they might suggest an alternative product or a partial delivery.

You have a few options:
Accept the new proposal from the supplier.
Cancel the entire order.
If your order involves multiple suppliers, you can cancel just the part that couldn't be fulfilled.
